But the truly unsettling horror movies are the ones without gore! They’re the ones that make you afraid to go to sleep at night because of the evil evil dreams. Gore just makes movies gross, not scary.

Were I there I’d coerce you into watching ‘Les Yeux Sans Visage’, ‘Burn Witch Burn’, The Night of the Demon’, and “the Bad Seed’ with me. Then I’d worry that you’d think I was lame because I get unsettled without gore. Have fun, whatever you watch.

Hey there friend.
Support groups can be dicey places beware what you share you never know who is going to stab you in the back or break the seal of confidentiality. Been here – done this. I always err on the side of caution. Only tell those you must. Not everybody need know and each in their own time as well. Everybody copes on different time tables and that’s how I judge the people I told and when I told them. Know that I am here if you need me, any time…

Yee gods, I felt breathless halfway through…and then it kept going! But it did help me discover something crucial about myself. Apparently, when I read, I breathe as if I’m reading out loud. Thus reading James Joyce may constitute unintentional suicide. Disaster averted. Thank you long winded pompous critic, you have saved my life this day.

I hate needles, but they are a part of life for both of us. I have been debating the next shot coming for I see my doc on Wednesday this week. Got to be careful with what they shoot into you. I err on the side of caution not to introduce anything that my immune system might have a problem combating. I don’t know about H1N1, I will have to speak to doc about that one.

Wow. My mind is officially blown. Still, the entire time I was looking at those sculptures and being mightily impressed, the book worshiper in me was letting off a constant, hysterical “Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!”. But I guess all great art comes with a sacrifice.

I think I’d have to read the book and see how this new character flows with the old standards. I don’t know if it is wise to introduce new characters into the hundred acre wood, but they gave her their blessing… I guess we’ll see…
